What exactly will I receive? +
A PDF report, usually 4 to 6 pages, written in plain language. It covers what the photos actually show, whether the price is fair for that area, the neighbourhood feel, and our take on whether the property is worth pursuing. No jargon.
How long does it take? +
We'll send your report by email as soon as it's ready. We aim to be prompt.
Does this work for both rentals and purchases? +
Yes. For rentals we look at monthly price relative to the area. For purchases we look at total price and price per m² against comparable sales. The format of the report is the same either way.
What does "founding member price" actually mean? +
CHF 29 per analysis, locked in for your account permanently. When we open to the public the price goes to CHF 79. Founding members always pay CHF 29, for every analysis they ever do with us.
Is this a subscription? +
No. You pay once per analysis, only when you want one. No subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing recurring.
