At roughly CHF 8'400 per m², the price is reasonable for the area, reflecting its position as an established residential neighbourhood outside the immediate city centre.
My take
Worth viewing. The price is reasonable for the area, the light is genuine, and the kitchen is a real strength. Go in knowing the rooms will feel smaller than photographed.

Do you cover rentals as well? +
No. I focus exclusively on purchase properties. If you are buying, not renting, Hausli is built for you.
What does "founding member price" actually mean? +
CHF 29 per analysis, locked in for your account for as long as Hausli operates. When I open to the public the price goes to CHF 79. Founding members always pay CHF 29, for every analysis they ever do with me.
Is this a subscription? +
