Hausli is operated as a sole-proprietor service based in Switzerland. For any privacy-related enquiry, contact us at hello@hausli.ch.
Email address. When you join our waitlist or submit feedback, you may provide your email address. We use it solely to send you the report you requested, product updates, and service communications relevant to Hausli. We do not use it for advertising.
Property listing URL. If you submit a listing link for analysis, we use it to prepare your report. We do not store it beyond what is needed to deliver the report.
Feedback responses. Survey answers you submit voluntarily help us understand user needs and improve the service. They are not linked to your identity unless you include your email.
Payment data. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (you voluntarily submit your email) and our legitimate interest in providing the service you requested. Under Swiss nDSG, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
We retain your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until it becomes clear you no longer wish to hear from us (e.g., prolonged inactivity after unsubscribing). We do not retain listing links or feedback beyond what is operationally necessary.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers, each bound by appropriate data protection agreements:
Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions. Stripe — processes payments. Both operate under EU/Swiss adequacy standards.
Under Swiss nDSG (and, where applicable, EU GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@hausli.ch. We will respond within 30 days.
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. No analytics scripts are loaded on this page.
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
