Hausli provides written property analysis reports based on publicly available listing information and visual assessment of listing photos. Reports are delivered by email as PDF documents.
Important: Hausli reports are for informational purposes only. They are not professional property valuations, legal opinions, or investment recommendations. They do not constitute advice regulated under Swiss financial or real-estate law. You should always conduct your own due diligence and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional before making any property decision.
Reports may include observations about listing photos, a general indication of how the asking price compares to similar listings in the area, neighbourhood context based on publicly available information, and an overall assessment. All observations reflect the information visible at the time of analysis and may not reflect changes that occur afterwards.
Price context is based on active listing data and does not constitute a formal valuation. We do not have access to notarised transaction records or official cadastral data.
The founding-member price is CHF 29 per report, charged once per report at the time of purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.
Founding members who purchase at CHF 29 are entitled to the same CHF 29 rate for all future reports they request through their account, for as long as the service operates at a per-report pricing model.
If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, we will issue a full refund. To request a refund, email hello@hausli.ch within 30 days of receiving your report. No lengthy explanation required.
We aim to deliver reports promptly. We do not guarantee a specific turnaround time. If we are unable to produce a report for a given listing (for example, if the listing has expired or contains insufficient information), we will notify you and offer a full refund.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are using the analysis for your own personal property search and not for commercial resale, redistribution, or any purpose that would infringe on third-party rights.
Hausli's liability in connection with any report is limited to the amount you paid for that report (CHF 29). We are not liable for any decision made on the basis of a report, nor for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
